DTC 1403: Audio Error 3 (Display Error)

NOTE:

Check the vehicle battery condition first (see BATTERY TEST )
Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the general troubleshooting information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION )

Check the most recent DTC (see HOW TO CHECK ERROR HISTORY )
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, then back to ON (II), or the ON mode
Check the most recent DTC (see HOW TO CHECK ERROR HISTORY )
Is DTC 1403 indicated at the time you cycled the vehicle?

YES -Replace the navigation display unit (see NAVIGATION DISPLAY UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )

NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time
