Auto Closing System
NOTE:
All power windows MUST operate when switches are operated manually before proceeding with this tests.
- Turn ignition switch off. Remove control module from auxiliary relay panel, located behind left side kick panel. Measure voltage between terminals No. 1 and 2 at relay socket "A". See Figure . If battery voltage does not exist, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, repair wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Measure voltage between terminals No. 1 and 2 at relay socket "A". Using key, turn door lock cylinder to unlock position and hold. If battery voltage exists, install power window/sun roof relay control module and go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, check wiring between lock cylinder and control module. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wiring is okay, replace lock cylinder.
- Remove automatic window closing relay. Measure voltage between terminals No. 5 And 8 at relay socket "C". If battery voltage exists, replace automatic window closing relay. If battery voltage does not exist, repair wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
