Installation Procedure

    Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Gasket (1) - Install

  2. With the aid of an assistant, install the drive motor power distribution control module (2).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bolt (3) - Install and tighten in sequence [17x] - Fastener Specifications

    Using a magnetic socket, install and tighten the 3 drive motor power inverter module connector bolts (1). Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Drive motor power distribution control module high voltage connector access cover seal is not serviceable separately.

    Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module High Voltage Connector Access Cover (1) - Install

  6. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module High Voltage Connector Cover Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Wiring Harness Terminal (3) @ Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module - Install

  8. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  9. Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Wiring Harness Terminal (3) @ Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module - Install

  11. Engine Wiring Harness Battery Lead Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  12. Retainer (1) - Install [5x]

  14. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    High Voltage Battery Coolant Inlet Secondary Hose Clip (3) - Install

  16. Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Outlet Hose (2) @ Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module - Install
  17. Retainer (1) - Engage

    High Voltage Battery Heater Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

  24. Connect the wiring harness retainer.

    Auxiliary Drive Motor Control Module Cooling Inlet Hose (3) - Install

  26. High Voltage Battery Heater Module Coolant Hose (2) - Install
  27. Retainer (1) - Engage [2x]

  42. Electrical Connector (1) @ Front Electric Drive Transmission Module - Connect

    Front Trim Finish Compartment Support (2) - Install

  44. Front Trim Finish Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  45. Connect the wiring harness retainers.

    Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (2) - Install

  47. Fill the drive motor battery cooling system. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling
  48. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
  49. Run all necessary programming and setup procedures. Control Module References
