Jacking & Hoisting

CAUTION: Envoy is equipped with Automatic Level Control (ALC) on the rear suspension. When lifting vehicle on a hoist, it is important that rear axle trim height remains at normal height at all times to prevent damage to auto level control air compressor. If possible, use a hoist that supports rear tires. If a frame contact hoist must be used, support rear axle with 2 additional jack stands.

Put floor jack or vehicle hoist under vehicle at proper lifting points. See Fig 1 - Fig 7 . If raising vehicle on a twin post hoist, do not damage suspension components, rear axle cover, or steering linkage.
