Unit Check (Quick Check): GPS

This diagnosis tests the GPS antenna connection and the GPS receiver condition.
- In the GPS menu, if the Antenna shows NG, then check the entire GPS antenna wire from the audio-navigation unit to the GPS antenna. If the wire is crushed or damaged, substitute a known-good GPS antenna (see FRONT HFL-NAVIGATION-ANC MICROPHONE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
), and recheck. If this diagnosis shows OK, replace the original GPS antenna (see FRONT HFL-NAVIGATION-ANC MICROPHONE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
).
If the diagnosis still shows NG (Antenna), replace the audio-navigation unit (see AUDIO-NAVIGATION UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
