Both Memory Mirrors Inoperative

Ensure memory seat operates before diagnosing memory mirrors. If memory seat does not operate, go to appropriate test under MEMORY SEAT . If memory seat operates, replace Driver's Door Module (DDM). See POWER WINDOWS - GRAND CHEROKEE article. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
