How To Proceed With Troubleshooting
HINT:
- Use these procedures to troubleshoot the cruise control system.

- VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP
- INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Standard voltage:
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.
- CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*
- Use the Techstream (with CAN VIM) to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.

- Use the Techstream (with CAN VIM) to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally.
- CHECK INDICATOR LIGHT
- CHECK DTC*
- Check for DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Delete the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- Recheck the DTC (see DTC CHECK / CLEAR
).
