Auto Light/Wiper Control Module Removal/Installation

CAUTION:
  • When replacing the auto light/wiper control module, the configuration procedure must be performed before removing the auto light/wiper control module. Replacing the auto light/wiper control module without performing the configuration procedure will result in system malfunction.
NOTE:
  • Auto light-off system are integrated with the auto light/wiper control module.
  1. Perform the auto light/wiper control module configuration when replacing it. (See AUTO LIGHT/WIPER CONTROL MODULE CONFIGURATION )
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Remove the dashboard under cover (Driver side). (See DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
  4. Remove the nut.

  6. Disconnect the connectors.
  7. Remove the auto light/wiper control module.
  8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
