| 1 | Disconnect battery ground line | AR54.10-P-0003LF | |
| 2 | Remove fan unit | AR20.40-P-5050MNL | |
| 3 | Remove guide pulley | AR13.20-P-0011MNL | |
| 4 | Remove contact protection of nut (4) | ||
| 5 | Remove electrical line B+ (5) from alternator (G2) | *BA15.40-P-1003-01T | |
| 6 | Remove coolant hose (11) from the inlet nozzle (10) of the coolant pump and seal the openings with suitable protective covers | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 7 | Remove screw (1) | ||
| 8 | Lift alternator (G2) off the bracket and turn horizontally so that the electrical connector (3) can be reached | ||
| 9 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (3) | ||
| 10 | Press radiator package upward out of the left elastomer bearing of the left radiator support mounting console | ||
| 11 | Pull the radiator package on the left side forward | ||
| 12 | Take alternator (G2) down and out | ||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order | ||
