Toe-In Adjustment: Rear

CAUTION: If control arm-to-rear axle support nut is tightened down more than 10 times during adjustment, it must be replaced. Self-locking effect becomes too weak.
  1. Replace control arm-to-rear axle support nut (1) and tighten down. See Fig 1 . Release one half to one turn.
  2. Adjust toe-in using eccentric screw (3). Adjust precisely to specification. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Ensure that eccentric washer (2) is correctly located. Tighten control arm-to-rear axle support nut (1) to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
