NOTE: Identify symptom and perform the appropriate test. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table. If your symptom does not appear in the symptom table, perform all tests.

Symptom Perform Test
Only The Express Down Feature Does Not Operate. (1)
No Power Windows Operate From Any Switch. A 
No Power Windows Operate From The Left Master Switch Assembly. A 
Left Front Window Does Not Operate. B 
Right Front, Left Rear, Or Right Rear Window Does Not Operate From The Left Master Switch Assembly B 
All Of The Windows Operate From The Left Master Switch Assembly, But Do Not Operate From Its Individual Switch. C 
Lock Out Function Does Not Work But Windows Operate Normally Otherwise (Sedan) E 
All Windows Automatic Down (AWAD) function Does Not Operate (Convertible Only) (2)
(1) Replace The Left Master Switch Assembly. See POWER WINDOW AND DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
(2) Check for a poor connection at AWAD module. If OK, replace the AWAD module. See ALL WINDOWS AUTOMATIC DOWN (AWAD) MODULE (CONVERTIBLE)  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
