Powertrain Control Module: Removal

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect negative battery cable. Locate PCM in left side of engine compartment, below battery. Disconnect harness connectors from PCM. See Fig 1
and Fig 2
. Release the spring latch from the PCM. Lift the PCM from the mounting tray. Remove PCM from vehicle.
