Hydraulic Power Unit: Installation

INSTALL HPU BRACKET TO HPU
Install the HPU bracket with the 3 bolts.
1. Torque: 22 N.m (224 kgf.cm, 16 ft.lbf)
INSTALL HPU ASSEMBLY
1. Install the HPU assembly with the 3 bolts.
  1. Torque: 26 N.m (265 kgf.cm, 19 ft.lbf)

2. Connect the HPU connector to the HPU.
3. Remove the reservoir cap seal.
4. Install the reservoir cap cover to the HPU.
CONNECT SMT SYSTEM HOSES (See INSTALLATION )
NOTE: Exchange the O-ring of 3 system hoses with new one.
CHECK SMT SYSTEM FLUID LEVEL (See PRE-CHECK )
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE, AIR FILTER AND AIR CLEANER CAP
1. Install the air cleaner case with the 2 bolts.
2. Install the air filter.
3. Attach the air cleaner cap to the air cleaner case, and install the 2 clamps.
4. Connect the MAF meter connector, VSV connector for CCV and vacuum hose.
INSTALL SUSPENSION UPPER BRACE
Install the suspension upper brace with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
PERFORM INITIAL LEARNING OF SMT SYSTEM (See PRE-CHECK )
CHECK FOR LEAK
