Driver's Door Module (DDM) Message Not Received

  1. Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, enter BODY and DOOR MODULE. If scan tool communicates with door modules, go to next step. If scan tool does not communicate with door modules, go to BUS +/- SIGNALS OPEN FROM DDM . Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  2. Using scan tool, erase DTCs. Turn ignition on and wait approximately one minute. Read DTCs. If DTC reset, replace Body Control Module (BCM). See BODY CONTROL MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If DTC does not reset, test is complete.
